Cancellation Policy

Solaya MD subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged for future subscription periods.

Subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or account credits for canceled subscriptions, unused services, missed shipments, or remaining time in a billing period.

To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before your next scheduled renewal date. If a cancellation request is submitted after a renewal charge has already been processed, that payment is non-refundable.

If medication has already been prescribed, processed, prepared, dispensed, or shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Canceling your subscription does not replace medical guidance. If you have questions about your treatment, medication, side effects, or whether you should continue or stop therapy, please contact your licensed medical provider before making changes to your treatment plan.

Solaya MD reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will apply moving forward and will not change charges that have already been processed.
